Consultation
The beginning of every project, we provide a 90 minute on site consultation to meet with you and to understand the existing site conditions and what it is you are wanting to achieve from your project. In sharing your vision with us it will allow us to understand the project brief, scope of works and budget. From here we will prepare a fee proposal outlining the brief and scope proposed. Lets get together to start the process. You wont regret it!
Site Survey Analysis
A complete feature and levels survey that will identify constructed and natural properties including topography and existing features. We can offer this service or depending on the level of design and complexity we/client may use a licensed surveyor to document all necessary information and prepare documents.
Concept Design & Development
Ok now this is where the real fun happens, creative minds and sharpened pencils get to work on creating that sanctuary you’ve always dreamt of, This is the creative and colourful documents that capture the essence and spirit of the garden design. We work cloesly with our clients to develop the Concept plan which will illustrate the proposed layout, materials and a planting palette and these may be presented via CAD drawings, hand drawings, watercolours or 3D visuals. along with a mood board of materials and planting palette.
Landscape Plans & Documentation
Our Documentation will include information which can be used to quote and build the landscape project. This will generally include a Landscape Plan, Planting plan, Planting Schedule, Lighting Plan, Irrigation Plan and technical drawings which will specify materials and built elements. These documents will allow the project to be tendered and costed for construction.
Outdoor styling
If you don’t have time to find the right furniture and accessories for your new home and garden, allow us to do it for you! We can source furniture, pots, planters and garden accessories suited to the style of your new outdoor living space from all over Australia and abroad..
Planting/Installation
We are passionate about plants, if you can’t already tell? so for peace of mind, let our experienced and Qualified team of Horticulturalists provide a quote to install your new garden for you. Giving your garden new life would be our absolute pleasure and take away a lot of headaches in finding the right team.
Maintenance Plan
Your newly installed Garden will evolve over time into the lush, tranquil Oasis that you’ve always dreamt of, but in the meantime it may require some guidance in getting there so to ensure that it does we can prepare a maintenance plan & program to ensure it looks and feels amazing and thrives all year round. This can be prepared for you to be involved in doing it yourself or for a Qualified contractor to maintain and guide for you.
